‘Tai Chi is very simple. However simple is not the same as easy.
The delightful simplicity of moving with our body, rather than doing something to it, is a genuine art.
It requires an open-hearted attention and a child-like wonder.’
Alan

Short Form Revisited
A class to re-connect with your Tai Chi Short Form and more. Whether you've learnt and forgotten the Short Form or only learnt a little of it, this class will be really beneficial.
We will revisit sequences from the Short Form as a way to reveal and practice the Tai Chi approach to living well. How to be rooted and centred, to become present and flow, to release unhelpful patterns and become more alive.
The class will involve some duo work and meditation as well as looking at applying our discoveries in daily life.
Duo Tai Chi - 'Dancing Tai Chi'
Duo Tai Chi consists of moving with different partners whilst embodying the principles of Tai Chi movement. It can be practised at varying tempos and so is sometimes more akin to Tai Chi dancing. Flowing, alive, present & fun. The class includes Single Push Hands & Double Push Hands (Tui Shou) and Ta Lu. This class is open to those with some Tai Chi experience as well as complete beginners. Class duration - 90 minutes. Course duration - 8 weeks.
Class Requirements - simply a willingness to participate and enjoy.
