Tai Chi for Living Well

Tai Chi is suitable for people of all ages and is a wonderful way to gently strengthen the body and calm the mind. The slow, graceful movements are a powerful antidote to the stresses of living in the 21st century whilst improvements to balance give a sense of confidence and stability.

As it says in the ancient classics, 'Become as still as a mountain, move like a great river.
