I always recommend that people who are new to Tai Chi join one of my Tai Chi for Living Well classes.  The TLW class consists of some simple and enjoyable Qi Gong exercises and a short Tai Chi stepping sequence, the Tai Chi Circle Form.
These graceful Tai Chi movements release tension, restore energy, increase well-being and improve posture.  The emphasis is always on listening to our body rather than just doing something to our body. The classes act as a foundation for all my other classes and are suitable for all ages.
All TLW classes are interchangeable.
